Star Country From The Heart "Billy"
From Diane Steele in Kentucky, my beautiful
tightly bred son of Champion Tartanside Vanguard
and Candray Crown Jewel came ready to work as a
much needed Service Dog. "Sweet Billy" as he was
almost instantly nicknamed, walked off the plane and
straight into my heart with his eye-filling beauty, his
rock solid temperament, his keen intelligence, and
his wonderful sense of humor. Undaunted by
anything, Billy easily accepted a home complete
with cats and tiny dogs (which he lovingly oversees)
a change to the raw diet (which he looks forward to
daily), and the job of accompanyng me everywhere
(which he takes with fascination as well as all
seriousness).
I know it was hard for Diane to part with this
truly incredible Collie, and I am thoroughly grateful
to her every time I look into his precious face.
My Sweet Billy is not only the embodiment of the
Classic Collie in every sense of the term, but he is
everything I needed all wrapped up in so much
more than I even dared hope for!
**Billy is now registered with the state of California
and the United States Service Dog Registry as a
working Service Dog
